About Me
A techi by profession, shayar at heart, rider by passion, I have been riding for quite a long with more than 50,000 kms in my kitty.
Do I think I have contributed to the motorcycling community, however a
small way it may be?
Well, when it comes to contirbution to the motorcycling community, I would consider myself as a small contributor. Have rode my bike with couple of friends with an idea of "Go Green". Sharing info with people around as in how much is the importance of "Go Green" and how we can take care of the same with very minute things in place. Have always promoted wearing helmet, while riding both at professional front (colleagues) and personal front (friends).
How can I contribute more in the future to the motorcycling community?
Rider for passion is a good thing but if we ride for a cause then it would act as an iceing over a cake. Besides promoting safe riding, would be a stong contributor in riding for a cause. Knowing the machine is another important thing. Would learn, unlearn & relearn the techniques to manage your machine and promote the same among bikers. If you are a biker, you are expected to ride. Sharing info about places covered - considering every small thing will be quite helpful for others

Best Ride
The 3 A’s @ 10,000 Ft (To be read as “Anvesh & Avenger at an Altitude of 10,000 Ft”) It was an insane trip (as friends called it – on a lighter note) riding my bike all alone to Himalayas, but for me it was a trip of lifetime. One fine day, sitting ideal at home and going through couple of magazines it just came to my mind as in, ‘How about riding to North?’ A techi by profession, shayar at heart, rider by passion, I have been riding for quite a long with more than 50,000 kms in my kitty. Still, riding to North (Himachal) sitting at West (Pune) sounded little impractical since I was in mood to take my bike rather than hiring one from Delhi. With all brainstorming done and discussion in place, I zeroed to start from Delhi and ride till Rohtang on my customized Avenger. Spoke to couple of my friends in Delhi. Initially, we had a group of 4 riders but by the time the date approached nearer, I was ALL ALONE to start with the trip. Friends & well wishers were little reluctant about me riding all alone, however at the back of my mind I was all set to make it possible. With all things finally went well and my trip ended with many sweet memories, tough riding, tiring but full of excitement. Nothing could have been better than this, truly speaking. A ride of around 1,300 Kms in 4 effective days (I would say). Touched an altitude of 10,000 Fts
