About Me
People find different ways to bust the stress. I have found one too. It has been few years now that I have been riding. My keen interests in Wildlife conservation and wildlife photography has always motivated me to be out. I have covered almost entire south India and forests. While most of my rides have been solo trips but there were times when I had company of few good friends and have infact made good friends while they joined the rides. Each ride has taught me many things and has been a great learning experience.

Do I think I have contributed to the motorcycling community, however a
small way it may be?
Riding has always been a great pleasure for me. It not only is one of the best stress busters for me, but has certainly complimented to my other interest of wildlife photography and conservation. Even though it has not contributed much to the bikers community directly but has helped me in connecting with like minded people who too believe the same and has helped me carry the message forward. With minimal knowledge that I have gained during all the rides and trips, I am glad to share it with people when they need some information.

How can I contribute more in the future to the motorcycling community?
One message which I always carry and try to pass on to all riders/ travelers/ hikers. Our mother earth is beautiful. While you ride/ travel/ hike, please do not leave your traces behind especially plastics, wastes etc. Please carry it with you and dispose off to the nearest right disposal area. Incase if you find litter already there left by previous rider/ hiker, be a responsible citizen and dispose off that too. Another ground rule which I always follow during my rides and would request other riders to follow too. Never drink and drive. It not only is dangerous for yourself and other people on road, but you will never enjoy your ride in the best way ? Some of these basic hygiene factors are important that we as riders must follow.

My Touring Experience
Total Kms. Clocked
Around 20,000Kms
Best Ride
Each ride been a great learning experience. However one of the good rides was Bangalore - Ranebennur Blackbuck Sanctuary - Dandeli Forest - Goa (had to turn back just 76kms before Goa for some urgent work in office) - Jog Falls - Shimoga - Bhadra Tiger Reserve - Bangalore. Total Distance clocked around 1300kms. Another good ride was to Hampi when me and another friend of mine we clocked around 500kms. It was dry, hot, sunny and complete dust on the road.
One dream ride that I want to do
Many of them. infact 1. Delhi - Leh - Khadrung la - Kargil - Drass - Srinagar - Pathankot - Delhi 2. Bangalore to Kanyakumari 3. Bangalore to Goa. Have missed this before.
Places I have ridden
Almost entire South India
Best touring Bike according to me
I have been riding Bullet for years. Nothing beats it.
Tips to budding tourers
1. Be responsible biker. Never Drink and Ride. 2. Always carry basic spares and tool kit. 3. Never try to race on highways. Its not just dangerous for you and other on road, but you will not be able to enjoy the ride :-) 4. Keep riding and happy riding
